Every product Tubman Over Jackson sells comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product/item, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it, or give you a refund.

To return a Tubman Over Jackson product: Contact us by email at justin@stamp-connection.com or by phone at 1-866-667-1133. Please let us know the order number or date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. We will let you know what arrangements can be made to return, replace or fix your product.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. Some restrictions apply to Embossers and Multi-Surface (Fast Dry) stamps.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
